Shipping policy

  1. We may use a different carrier depending on availability and pricing, but we will always ship with a reputable carrier, such as Parcleforce, UPS, or FedEx.
  2. We will not ship any items using Evri, so don't worry.
  3. Once your delivery has been booked you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Any issues should be reported within 24 hours of your delivery confirmation.
  4. Be aware if you give permission for your delivery to be left in a specified safe place or received by a nominated neighbour and something goes wrong, you will still be considered to have received the delivery and we will not be responsible for any issues thereafter. Think very carefully about those options when you’re making a purchase.
  5. Delivery on orders of value under £25 will be charged at £12.99. Order Values between £25 and £74.99 will be charged at £8.99. Any order value of £75 and above is free. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders are UK only.
  6. We endeavour to deliver to you within 5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank/Public holidays.
  7. We hold a comprehensive selection of stock with us in Sussex however some items may need to be supplied from our Supplier stock. We will contact you if we feel this will adversely affect your supply time.
